CSI Hard Evidence Game Review

Published by themagickalewe at 10:03 pm under Console GAMES, PC Games Edit This

Yet another CSI video game. The game is a take-off on the television show “CSI” and allows minimal interaction with the series’ regular characters. The sad part about Hard Evidence, the fourth CSI game,  is that, although it has more cool tools and a bit longer investigations, it seems to be the same old CSI game that I played years ago.

Don’t get me wrong, I love these crime solving games because they keep the brain sharp. However, these games always disappoint me in the end because they seem to be over before I start them.

You see…I’m the type of gamer who sticks at a game until I finish it. Tending to spend hours, upon hours playing a game until it’s done or I get stuck somewhere and give-up. The CSI games while enjoyable for a time aren’t re-playable because they repeat the same 5 “episodes” over and over again with no change.

Hard Evidence is no exception. It has limited playability, a limited enjoyment factor and stilted, wooden graphics and characters. It seems low tech for today’s gaming experience.

On a scale of 1-10, I give it a 5.6 for effort.

CSI Hard Evidence is available for the PC, XBOX 360 and Nintendo Wii.
